Aumond Bay to Buck Bay early in May will hopefully offer challenging whitewater. There are 3 or 4 C3-4 Rapids with portages, but at least intermediate skills are required. After paddling Saturday at our Palmer Rapids Wildwater Prep, your whitewater skills should be wild and ready ! We will get an early start to be off the river before 4pm. Autosign for this trip as there are no camping limits at Jessop's.

We will drive from Jessop's and put in at Buck Bay and paddle to Aumond Bay.

Required Items to Bring

Fully outfitted whitewater boats with full body wet or dry suits and helmets.
Jay & Frank will bring first aid and Z-drag.

Cell Phones and personal first aid.
