The Dumoine River is a popular wilderness canoe river, known for its reliable water levels and Class I to III rapids, making it a great option for intermediate paddlers. It is the last free-flowing, undammed tributary of the Ottawa River. I did the river back in fall of Oct 2020 and 2024 and the colours were great. Water and air temperature was getting cold and most of us wore dry suits. We did not see anybody else on the river, No bugs.
