Itinerary
Itinerary description

We're teaming up with Bill Holland on this adventure. Bill has done the river a few times and he coming back for more, so it must be great.

The plan is to drive to Cochrane where we pick up a shuttle driver. The shuttle driver will take us another 160 km north-east to the head waters of the Kattawagami River.

Down the river, 190 km of flat water and about 80 rapids/falls.

Once we hit James Bay it's about 50 km to Moossonee. There is an option here to rent a boat taxi to take us across the bay if the conditions are too rough to paddle.

From Moosonee we'll take the train back to Cochrane

From Cochrane we'll drive back to Toronto
