- How to ensure each meal is getting you enough macronutrients and micronutrients.
- An introduction to dehydrating food.
- Prepping and packaging ingredients.
- How to find recipes.
- Kitchen Equipment.
- Leave No Trace Principles, dishes and bear safety.
The workshop will be interactive, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.
