Come join me paddle Duffins Creek Ajax
The creek's headwaters start in the Oak Ridges Moraine located in Uxbridge flows all the way down to Lake Ontario in Ajax. We will explore some of the creek and if the Lake is calm some of Lake Ontario shoreline. Maybe have a beach lunch.

Itinerary description

9:30 AM arrive and prepare your boat
10 AM Start and paddle around the marsh and look at wildlife. If Lake Ontario is calm we can do a short shore paddle explore. If not paddle up the creek and explore. Or maybe a combination of the two things.
Noon time; We will find a nice place to stop and have a shoreline lunch
1-2 PM return to Rotary Park Put In.

Required Items to Bring

Flat water canoe or kayak and safety gear.
If you don't have a canoe no problem. There are members with canoes that are looking for a partner to paddle with them.
