A flat-water trip, but open big water on Georgian Bay. Subject to wind and waves.
Kayakers welcome, but you have to carry your own stuff.
The first night, arrive and camp at George Lake campgrounds in Killarney Prov Park. We will start and finish at Chikanishing River access point. We are hoping to do the entire loop (weather permitting and have a built in rain/wind/layover day)? The one portage of 400 m appears to be optional.

Where - Philip Edward Island Loop. 70 km round trip divided by 5 days = 14 km a day. Lots of time to explore.

FEES/COST: first night at George Lake campground and there is launch/parking fees.
Day one/river day zero:
Drive up to Killarney Prov Park, George Lake campground for the first night and get permit(s).
Day two/river day one:
Drive to Chikanishing River access point, park (where and paid?). Start the trip.
Day three/ river day two:
Day four/river day three:

Day six/river day five: A possible wind/layover day or last night at Killarney and or drive home.
