The WCA requires all outing participants to complete a COVID-19 Declaration; to be eligible for outing participation, each individual must answer NO to all seven questions on the COVID-19 Declaration form. All participants must read and electronically sign and accept the COVID-19 declaration to register for and participate in club activities. If a participant cannot complete the electronic form, they must arrange with the organizer to provide a completed paper copy prior to the event.
