Depend on who comes along this will be an easy paced trip to introduce the area to those who may want to explore the area. Will try and clean some of the portages between Fishog and Smudge lake middle route.
Will also try and find the nesting area of the Sand hill Cranes and see if we can find a feather for DNA for the bird people. It may be a sub-species of the Sandhill, and there fore rare.
Will try and introduce people to the great off trail hiking in the area.
As long as the black flies don't come for lunch.
The bugs can come out early here due to the incubation chamber the Shield creates for them.

The loop itself is approx 50k.
At this time of year the critters can be pretty active.
